Develop balance and harmony with Tai Chi and Qigong

The Internal Athlete Summer Workshop: Principles of Qigong & Tai Chi 

Join Sam and Antonia for a weekend of proper training at Cowdray Hall (GU29 0AW) and discover the real methods that underlie all good Qigong and Tai Chi practise. 

Learn how to: restore your joints and spine, open and release the soft tissues and fascia, build a balanced body structure, develop physical and mental resilience, build your energy, develop relaxed strength.

If the weather is fine the workshop will take place in the courtyard at the rear of Cowdray Hall. We will have a short break for lunch; bring something to eat or you can buy supplies from Cowdray Farm shop. Tea and coffee making facilities are available at the venue.
